about the creator
Created by someone with a background in wellbeing, not just design.
The Rosy Content Club was created by Rosie Shelley — a social media specialist with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and over fifteen years of experience creating content for health and wellbeing brands.
That combination matters. The content inside isn’t just well-designed — it’s grounded in a genuine understanding of mental health, self-compassion, and therapeutic practice. Rosie has written for Mind, Beat, and The Royal College of Psychiatrists, and that same standard of care informs everything inside the Club.
