These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any membership subscription you purchase from RCC. By accessing the site, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Assets: RCC digital resources (including images, templates, graphics, textures, prompts, copy, PDFs, and other digital files).

• End Products: finished outputs you create using Assets (e.g., flattened/exported social posts, PDFs, presentations, videos).

• Paid Digital Products: digital products you sell to your audience/customers (e.g., ebooks, workbooks, planners, guides, templates you create as an end product, courses, PDF downloads, slide decks).

• Source Files: original, editable files (e.g., raw packs, original PNGs, Canva template links, editable files/folders).

• Membership: a monthly subscription providing access to RCC content during an active subscription period.

• You / Member: the person subscribing to RCC.

• Consumer: an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. About RCC

RCC provides a digital subscription library of content resources designed for wellbeing and lifestyle creators and small businesses.

3. Creating an account and keeping it secure

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You must not share your account access or allow others to use your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect account sharing, unauthorised access, or misuse of Assets.

4. Monthly subscription, payment and renewal

• Membership is billed monthly.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

• Payments are processed via Squarespace Payments.

• If a payment fails, we may retry payment and/or suspend access until payment is received.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by logging into your account.

• If you cancel, you will normally keep access until the end of your current paid monthly period.

• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a monthly billing period, except where required by law.

6. Digital content, immediate access, and the 14-day cancellation right (UK consumers)

RCC provides digital content with immediate access.

By subscribing, you:

1. request immediate supply of digital content/access; and

2. acknowledge that once access begins, you may lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel for digital content (where applicable).

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

7. Refund policy

Because RCC is a digital membership with immediate access to content, we do not provide refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law (for example, where digital content is faulty, not as described, or a legal right applies).

If you believe you’ve been charged in error or there is a technical problem preventing access, contact us at hello@rosycontentclub.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

8. Faulty digital content

If digital content we supply is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t work as intended, contact us at [your@email.co.uk] with details and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Licence grant (how you may use RCC Assets)

9.1 Licence

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, RCC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to use RCC Assets as set out below.

You do not acquire ownership of the Assets. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9.2 Permitted uses (during an active subscription)

During an active subscription, you may use Assets to create and publish End Products for your own business/brand, including (without limitation):

• social media content and adverts;

• email marketing;

• website/blog graphics;

• lead magnets;

• PDFs and presentations;

• Paid Digital Products, provided the product is a finished, value-added end product and customers do not receive Source Files.

• You may also use Assets in client work (including paid work), provided the client receives only End Products and not Source Files.

9.3 Paid Digital Products — extra rules (to keep it fair)

You may sell Paid Digital Products that incorporate RCC Assets only if:

• the RCC Assets are incorporated as part of a larger original work (e.g., your own written content, layout, structure, exercises, teaching, or design); and

• the end customer cannot extract, access, or reuse RCC Assets as standalone files.

You must not sell products where the main value is the RCC Assets themselves (e.g., “stock packs”, “texture packs”, “sticker packs”, template packs, or asset bundles), or anything that enables customers to pull out the underlying RCC Assets.

9.4 Client work rules

You may deliver End Products to clients in flattened/exported form (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4).

You may not provide clients with:

• raw Asset files (image packs, sticker packs, texture packs);

• Canva template links as a transferable product;

• editable source files or folders containing RCC Assets;

  …unless the client is also an active RCC member at the time of delivery.

9.5 Prohibited uses (at any time)

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, distribute, share, transfer, gift, or otherwise make available any Asset (or a near-identical version) to any third party;

• use Assets to create competing products or libraries, including stock packs, template packs, memberships, bundles, marketplaces, or freebies;

• upload Assets to any platform/library where others can extract, download, or reuse them;

• use Assets in a way that suggests RCC endorses you or your business;

• remove watermarks/branding/metadata where provided;

• use Assets to train AI models or datasets;

• use Assets in logos, trademarks, or brand marks;

• use Assets in “sensitive” advertising or medical/health claims advertising.

10. AI-generated images

Some Assets are created using AI-assisted tools. RCC grants you a contractual licence to use these Assets as described in these Terms. Copyright treatment of AI-generated works may evolve; your permitted use is governed by this licence regardless of copyright status.

11. Canva templates and third-party tools

Some Assets may be delivered via Canva templates or require Canva to edit. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s own terms.

If a template contains Canva Pro elements, you may require an appropriate Canva plan to export without restrictions.

12. After cancellation: what you can keep using

When your subscription ends:

• access to the member library and future downloads ends;

• you may keep using End Products and Paid Digital Products you created and published during an active subscription;

• you may not create new End Products or Paid Digital Products using RCC Assets after cancellation.

13. Intellectual property

All Assets and the RCC library are owned by RCC and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a licence to use; you do not own the Assets.

14. Fair use, anti-scraping, and protecting the library

To protect RCC and members:

• you must not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or use any automated tools to access or download Assets;

• you must not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or download limits;

• we may monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse and protect the library (for example, unusually high-volume downloading in a short time period).

• We may suspend access while investigating suspected abuse and may terminate accounts for confirmed misuse.

15. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RCC or Assets unlawfully, misleadingly, in a way that infringes third-party rights, or in connection with hate, harassment, or harmful content.

16. Mental health disclaimer

RCC provides wellbeing and lifestyle content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional support.

17. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep RCC available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, remove, or change Assets and library features over time.

18. Copyright and IP complaints (notice process)

If you believe any content on RCC infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email [your@email.co.uk] with:

• your name and contact details;

• a description of the work you believe is infringed;

• the specific RCC content/page where the material appears (URL if possible);

• an explanation of why you believe it infringes your rights; and

• a statement that the information you’ve provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• We will review complaints promptly and may remove or restrict access to content while we investigate.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and

our total liability to you for claims arising out of RCC will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms (including prohibited sharing/redistribution). If termination occurs due to misuse, refunds will not be provided except where required by law.

21. Privacy, cookies, analytics and marketing

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Flodesk as described in our Privacy Notice.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of RCC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales (unless consumer law provides otherwise).
