The rosy content club licence

Last updated: 27 January 2026

Licence summary (quick version)

  • Use Assets for your own brand content, marketing, and paid digital products (ebooks/workbooks/planners), as long as customers can’t extract the original files.

  • Use in client work only as finished exports (PNG/JPG/PDF/MP4) — no source files.

  • Don’t share, resell, redistribute, or upload Assets anywhere others can download them.

  • Don’t use Assets for logos/trademarks or to train AI models.

  • Licence is valid only while subscribed — you can keep what you made, but you can’t create new work with Assets after cancelling.

The Licence (full version)

This Licence explains how you can use The Rosy Content Club (“RCC”, “we”, “us”) digital assets (“Assets”). It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions. If there’s any conflict, the Terms & Conditions apply.

By downloading, accessing, or using RCC Assets, you agree to follow this Licence.

1) What this licence is

Subject to these Licence terms and an active subscription, RCC grants you (“Member”, “you”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to use RCC Assets for the permitted uses below.

You do not acquire ownership of the Assets. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2) What counts as “Assets”

Assets include (without limitation):

  • image packs, photo-style images, AI-assisted images

  • backgrounds, textures, overlays

  • stickers, icons, graphic elements

  • templates (including Canva templates)

  • PDFs, guides, prompts, captions, and written resources

  • any digital files or downloads provided inside RCC

3) What you can do (Permitted Uses)

A) Use in your own business/brand

During an active subscription, you may use Assets to create and publish finished content for your own brand/business, including:

  • social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, pins

  • email marketing and newsletters

  • website and blog graphics

  • lead magnets and freebies (see “Not allowed” for asset-only freebies)

  • PDFs, presentations, promotional materials

  • digital courses and course materials

B) Use in paid digital products

You may sell Paid Digital Products (e.g., ebooks, workbooks, planners, guides, PDF downloads, slide decks, course resources) that incorporate RCC Assets only if:

  • the product is a finished, value-added end product (your own content/design/structure adds meaningful value); and

  • your customer cannot extract, access, or reuse RCC Assets as standalone files.

In short: you can sell your work that uses RCC Assets — but you can’t sell RCC Assets (or near-identical versions) as the product.

C) Use in client work

You may use Assets in client work (including paid work) provided:

  • the client receives only the finished output, not the underlying Asset files; and

  • you do not transfer Source Files containing RCC Assets unless the client is also an active RCC member.

  • Allowed delivery formats: flattened/exported files such as PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4.

4) What you cannot do (Prohibited Uses)

You may not, at any time:

A) Share or redistribute the Assets

  • resell, sublicense, distribute, share, transfer, gift, or make available any Asset (or near-identical version) to any third party

  • post Assets in public/shared folders or drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, Telegram groups, etc.)

  • upload Assets to stock sites, asset libraries, marketplaces, or any platform where others can extract or download them.

B) Create competing products or libraries

You may not use RCC Assets to create competing products or libraries, including:

stock packs, sticker packs, texture packs

template packs or “Canva template bundles”

memberships, bundles, marketplaces, or “resource vaults”

“freebie packs” where the main value is the RCC Assets themselves.

C) Give clients the “source”

You may not provide clients with:

  • raw Asset packs (image/sticker/texture packs)

  • Canva template links as a transferable product

  • editable source files/folders containing RCC Assets

…unless the client is also an active RCC member at the time of delivery.

D) Logos, trademarks, and brand marks

do not use RCC Assets in logos, trademarks, or brand marks (or submit them for trademark registration).

E) AI training and datasets

do not use RCC Assets to train AI models, create datasets, or feed them into model training workflows.

F) Misleading use

do not use Assets in a way that suggests RCC endorses you, your products, or your business.

G) Sensitive claims advertising

do not use Assets in sensitive advertising, including medical/health claims advertising.

5) Canva templates and third-party tools

Some Assets are provided as Canva templates or require Canva to edit. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s own terms.

If an RCC template includes Canva Pro elements, you may need the appropriate Canva plan to export without restrictions.

6) AI-assisted Assets (important note)

Some RCC Asset have been created using AI-assisted tools. RCC grants you a contractual licence to use these Assets under this Licence.

Copyright treatment of AI-generated works can be complex and may evolve. This Licence governs permitted use regardless of copyright status.

7) Subscription status and what happens when you cancel

This licence is active only while you have an active RCC subscription.

When your subscription ends:

  • your access to the RCC library and future downloads ends;

  • you may keep using End Products and Paid Digital Products you created and published during an active subscription;

  • you may not create new End Products or Paid Digital Products using RCC Assets after cancellation.

8) Fair use and protecting the library

To protect RCC and members, you must not scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or use automated tools to access or download Assets, and you must not attempt to bypass access controls.

We may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse.

9) Breach of licence

If you breach this Licence or the Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund (except where required by law) and we may take steps to protect our rights.

10) Questions or permissions

If you’re unsure whether your use is allowed, please email us at hello@rosycontentclub.co.uk — we’re happy to clarify.
